Helping Someone Start Matching
Matching accounts belong to the adult they are about. If you are helping, you do not receive a separate caregiver login.
How help works here
The adult creates their own profile and password. You may copy a private invitation so they can sign up. You must be authorized if you are paying for that adult.
What you order
Kidney or liver for that adult: matching. The person the profile is about must be 18 or older. Heart, lung, pancreas, marrow/stem cell, and Other are navigator packages after coverage, not this membership.
Help them into their own account.
Start matching. Invitation copy is inside that flow after you choose who the account is for.
