Free forever. You must be at least 21 years old to use this website. Donors that register at Utransplant.com can only be from, and be citizens of, the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom. Donors must also be currently living in either the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom. Compatible matches can talk privately first — no real names. Recipients never see your real name or contact details until you choose to reveal them. Share as little or as much as you want.

This matching account has to be created by the person who would donate, and they must be 21 or older. Copy a private invitation for them. They will use their own email and password. Do not put their organ or blood type on your login.

3Consent & agreements

I authorize uTransplant to privately compare only the organ I am offering and my self-reported blood type with other matching accounts, as described in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. This is not a medical match. Name, story, location, email, and phone stay out of that comparison. If you change organ or blood type later, comparison pauses until you authorize it again in your account.

I understand this is free, and that I will never be paid for an organ through uTransplant or anyone else.

I understand organ and blood type may be visible before either of us opts in. Story and location only after we both opt in. Name and contact stay private until I personally share them.

I agree to the Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

The Terms include individual binding arbitration, a class-action waiver, and a jury-trial waiver. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days as explained in the Terms.
